Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, but I will do my best to get items to you sooner. If you need items quickly, contact me and I will see what I can do.

There is a shipping fee for all orders including in-person aka at a private show.

I'm not satisfied until you are! I stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 30 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. (You must return the toy to me.) 

After the first 30 days from the original purchase date, MoPassion LLC warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. 

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the MoPassion LLC line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
